Your Tasks

  • Carry full responsibility for all technical aspects of the production, tool shop, product quality, logistics and supplier management in close collaboration with the Managing Director on-the-spot and the Board of Management. Further responsibilities include SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) and people management in your field of responsibility
  • Responsible for capital projects, maintenance and operating cost management within approved budgets
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and governmental requirements/laws
  • Responsible for updates regarding regulations, certifications, process audits (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001,…)
  • Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations
  • Lead the different departments on-site and manage activities with planning, monitoring and continuous improvement of processes in close collaboration with the Admin/ Finance MD
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction in terms of volume, quality and service
  • Ensure continuous information flow and communication between HQ, other subsidiaries and your site
  • Establish a culture of excellence and continuous improvement


Your Profile

  • Degree in Business Sciences, Business Administration, Law or any related course ideally with a focus on Human Resources
  • Engineering degree (Master), or similar qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the manufacturing sector preferably in stamping, assembly and/or injection molding industry
  • At least 5 years of senior management experience in a comparable industry sector 
  • Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical 2D and 3D drawings
  • Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
  • Knowledge of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes
  • High problem-solving competency and hands-on mentality
  • IT and numerical skills
  • Business fluent in English, preferably German as well
  • Ability to travel Domestic and International
