Your Tasks
- Fulfillment of customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction through Order Management and Order Processing with required documentation
- Comprehensive supply chain and line management of logistics such as planning, ordering, warehousing and goods handling
- In charge of the entire material disposition considering the stock levels, reorder levels, reorder quantities, economic order quantities and storage costs
- Strategic selection and supplier portfolio management with regard to quality, punctuality and costs
- Demand-oriented efficient process planning and organization
- Alignment of departments with market conditions and trends and proactive escalation management in case of foreseeable deviations
- Analysis, monitoring, evaluation and constant optimization of material flow concepts
- Procurement benchmarking, gap analysis and implementation of strategic plans
- High level executive support for pricing and contract negotiations
- Meeting, reporting and presenting internal KPIs
Your Profile
- Completed studies in commercial or technical fields with a focus on purchasing/ supply chain management and logistics
- Profound experience in comparable position with minimum 3 years’ experience.
- Routine handling of MS Office package
- Organizational skills, ability to work in a team, flexibility, reliability, independence and commitment
- Professional negotiation skills with international business partners
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- Pronounced and confident communication skills in written and spoken Business English
