Your Tasks

  • Overseeing all aspects of site operations including safety of the employees, environmental and regulatory compliance, manufacturing reliability and capacity, operational efficiencies, product quality, customer satisfaction, and cost performance
  • Maintain a specific focus on SHE culture (Safety, Health and Environment) and ensure compliance with standards for safety, quality and productivity
  • Responsible for updates regarding regulations, certifications, process audits (ISO 14001, IATF 16949, …) in close cooperation with QMB at HQ
  • Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations
  • Implement short, medium and long-term corporate strategies set by HQ
  • Support business development and the acquisition of new customers
  • Responsible for all capital projects within approved budgets
  • Direct responsibility for people management, employee engagement, all performance managing actions, motivation and leadership of the approx. 246 employees on site
  • Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintain required quality standards
  • Participate in jour fix meetings (Microsoft Teams or similar) with international colleagues and Board of Management
  • Establish a culture of excellence and continuous improvement


Your Profile

  • Engineering degree (Master), or similar qualification
  • Proven work experience as a Site Manager or in a similar position
  • At least 5 years of management experience in the international manufacturing industry, preferably in high precision stamping and/or injection moulding
  • Strong cost accounting and financial management skills, as well as strong production planning and project management skills
  • Business fluent in English, German is a plus
  • Ability to travel Domestic and International • High problem-solving competency and hands-on mentality 
  • Strong communicator, reliable leader with intercultural competence and the ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Proven track record of delivering behavioural change
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical 2D and 3D drawings
  • IT and numerical skills
  • Ability to lead by example
