Laser-cut partsBecause time and money can be major concerns, especially in the prototype phase, we offer laser-cut parts. These parts can be produced quickly and cost-effectively. Here, sheet metal parts can be partly or completely cut, and in other production steps, they can be stamped, coined, or bent.
Stamped partsWhen producing stamped parts, we can perform stamping, bending, or coining operations using simple tools. In addition, we can offer our customers sample tools that are of such high quality that first small production runs could be produced with them. The precision of these pre-production tools comes, to a large extent, close to that of a series production.
Overmolded partsIn order to produce plastic overmolded prototypes quickly and inexpensively, we work with insert technology using our permanent molds. With this production method, the prototype’s manufactured results can be immediately collected and evaluated. The quality of these pre-production tools is so high that the resulting parts are near-production ready.
AssembliesIn assembly work, we combine our core skills of stamping and plastics technology with further processes and components. Through processes such as resistance welding or laser welding, we can, for example, assemble electronic components or integrate further mechanical components.
