Research & development

The KRAMSKI Group’s research and development team is in contact with various research institutes, universities, and business clusters. The results of their research can be practically and directly applied to customized applications for our customers, as well as to our own applications. In addition, this new knowledge flows into all of our products, and is used for product optimization, as well as for optimizing manufacturing processes.


Our products come primarily from the areas of precision stamping and injection molding. Beyond that, our assembly and monitoring processes are integrated into our manufacturing lines, in order to ensure maximum manufacturing diversity and security. The scope of these processes ranges from miniaturization to sub-assemblies. We tackle the challenge of highly complex parts by using new and existing manufacturing technologies that span the range from fully automated to manual processes.

Manufacturing equipment production

Even though our business, meanwhile, is predominantly made up of producing precision stamping, molded and hybrid parts, we have still stayed true to our roots, which are in high-performance tooling. That is why our in-house tool manufacture, the continuous optimization of our series-production tools, and the peripheral equipment and systems necessary for manufacturing, still play a central role in our company philosophy.


Equipped with the latest 3D-CAD workstations, our engineering department is divided into three areas: stamping dies, injection molds, and integrated system and fixtures.

Stamping dies

Our tools include low volume tools, standard tools, and high-performance tools. Depending on the material to be formed, quantity of parts, and the life-cycle of the product, the following technologies are used: punching, bending, coining, deep drawing, laser and resistance welding, riveting, and others.

Injection molds

For hybrid technology, injection molds are immensely important for a reliable production process. High measurement specifications, overmolding of metal parts, minimizing setup times, various injection techniques, avoiding welding seams, automation, using in-line quality control cells, and many other ideas are considered, in order to produce a product perfectly matched to the customer’s needs.


In configuring for production that is as automated as possible, we build production systems according to customer specifications or buy them from our automation partners on the basis of our KRAMSKI specifications. As a permanent component, quality control cells are integrated into the coordinated production processes.


We consider all relevant parameters for our production processes. That is how we are able to run analyses and simulations to optimize the products and improve their quality, while still in an early development phase of production. Because of our consistent stance on environmental protection, it is important to us to choose materials that are recyclable. Beyond that, the networking of our high-end production systems with the processes of our customers plays an elemental role in obtaining the optimal output.


Perfection is discussed often. It starts to get interesting though, when it is measurable. Along with quality planning and the continuing certification of our processes, we focus ourselves doubly on the use of ultramodern production units and high-precision measurement technologies. This is how we ensure that maximal quality is the common denominator for all of our services.
