Internship
Are you a student? We are interested in you – and not just when you are ready to start an apprenticeship or university. We want to give you the possibility to experience the fascination of exciting technological tasks and their vocational world while still in school. That is why we take part in interesting projects and partnerships with schools and educational institutions.
The “Career Choice Compass – Metal” is a vocational orientation project. It teaches interested middle school students in the 8th and 9th grades about the various vocational possibilities in the area of metal forming.
The goals are to improve students’ competence in choosing an occupation and to make industrial-technical careers more attractive through collaboration between eight businesses and two middle schools in the region.
This is accomplished by working intensely on projects in small groups and getting an overall picture of these careers through practical experience.
In this way, KRAMSKI regularly offers teams of three students a look behind the business’s scenes. Not only that, but these are also “hands-on” days, so interesting tasks have to be solved and several work pieces have to be produced.
Bors, Bogy, or a simple internship
Regardless of what they call vocational guidance at your school, we can help you further. We regularly take care of students interested in the industrial-technical field. Many come in close contact with the various processes of metalworking for the very first time.
Business internships can also be completed during vacations. Would you like to take a closer look at our company? Then turn in your application quickly. The places are in high demand, and, unfortunately, only available in limited quantity!
Parents events
In addition to vocational orientation for students, we also offer as part of our school partnerships a look at our business for parents. Here, we speak about the industry’s expectations of young people. We also do our best to clear up some of the prejudices that are often mentioned in connection with technical occupations.
