1978
  • KRAMSKI GmbH in Pforzheim is founded on October 16, 1978 by Wiestaw Kramski and partner, each providing 50 % of the start-up capital in the amount of 50,000 DM.
1979
  • Production begins in the leased rooms in Pforzheim.
  • First place in Capital magazine’s start-up competition. The prize money in the amount of 30,000 DM is presented to W. Kramski in February 1979.
1980
  • First-time participation in the sheet metal trade fair in Essen with a research tool (“Grinding or erosion – what is better?”). Approximately 80,000 stamped spinning tops are produced and given out to international visitors.
1984
  • Construction of KRAMSKI’s own production building in Birkenfeld and moving into it.
1987
  • Wiestaw Kramski buys out his retiring partner’s shares and becomes 100 % stockholder.
1990
  • The engineering department moves into the new leased premises on the Wilferdinger Heights in Pforzheim.
1993
  • The subsidiary KRAMSKI Lanka Private Ltd. is founded in Sri Lanka’s free trade Zone, Katunayake Phase III.
1994
  • Add-on construction in Birkenfeld for the administration and engineering departments.
1997
  • Production of stamped parts begins in the leased space in Birkenfeld.
1998
  • Groundbreaking ceremony on the green meadow in the industrial zone, Wilferdinger Heights (Pforzheim), in order to accommodate continuing growth in the new production area of stamping.
1999
  • KRAMSKI GmbH moves from Birkenfeld to Pforzheim into the new facilities. Production of highly complex parts begins with our 11 Bruderer automated stamping machines.
  • Expansion of the production area in Sri Lanka and the engineering of injection molds begins.
2000
  • Development of the high precision putter, HPP 330.
2002
  • KRAMSKI North America, Inc., in Largo, Florida is founded on September 20, 2002 - a 100 % subsidiary of KRAMSKI GmbH.
  • Engineering of KRAMSKI GmbH’s first reel-to-reel production line in Germany begins.
  • Installation of the SAP software R/3 at KRAMSKI GmbH Germany.
2003
  • Production begins on January 2 in Florida, U.S.A.
  • Production starts of plastic-metal composite parts with KRAMSKI’s first reel-to-reel production line in Pforzheim.
  • 25th anniversary celebration on Oct. 17. Andreas Kramski is promoted to CEO.
2004
  • Martin Bischoff (10 %) is approved as a new shareholder in KRAMSKI North America, Inc.
  • KRAMSKI PUTTER GmbH is founded.
2005
  • Add-on construction of a new production hall for plastic products in Pforzheim, and production begins of plastic-metal composites using two fully automated overmolding systems.
2007
  • KRAMSKI North America moves into a bigger production hall and starts production with the first fully automated, reel-to-reel, plastic-metal overmolding system.
  • Expanded production capacity for plastic products in Sri Lanka.
  • Following German standards, KRAMSKI Lanka begins training apprentices in their own training center.
2008
  • KRAMSKI Stamping & Molding India Private Ltd. is founded on March 11 as a 100 % subsidiary of KRAMSKI GmbH.
2009
  • The subsidiary KRAMSKI PUTTER, Inc. in Largo, Florida, U.S.A is founded.
  • Grand opening of our subsidiary KRAMSKI India in Vellore and concurrent start of production for the first reel-to-reel projects on July 6.
2012
  • Cornerstone laying for a new production hall in Sri Lanka.
2013
  • 20th anniversary of KRAMSKI Lanka and grand opening of their new production hall.
  • Cornerstone laying for the SAP-driven logistics and administration building at our Pforzheim location.
  • Purchase of a factory building in Pforzheim (Wilferdinger Heights) and grand opening of T.A.Z. (Technology and Training Center).
2014
  • Grand Opening of the Logistic Centre in Pforzheim
  • Installation of the SAP Storage System
  • Presidential Retirement of Founder Wiestaw Kramski with 67 years in Germany 
2016
  • Production capacities and tool construction were increased in the USA
2017
  • KRAMSKI Stamping & Molding India Private Ltd. receives Bosch award for "Excellence in Quality and Delivery Fulfillment" in Year 2016-2017 and gets rated as “Reliable Partner“.
2018 Triple anniversary year at the KRAMSKI Group:
  • KRAMSKI India celebrates 10th anniversary in May
  • KRAMSKI Lanka celebrates 25th anniversary in May
  • KRAMSKI Germany celebrates its 40th anniversary in October 
  • Extension and opening of the production facilities with 3,805 square meters in October, in total 20.032 square meters in Germany
  • BGHM safety award on 7 December for an exemplary prevention culture in occupational safety 
2019
  • Certification of all 4 locations according to the quality management system standard of the automotive industry IATF 16949:2016
2020
  • Set up of 4 new fully automatic production lines for overmolded stamped parts
2021
  • Installation of the VdS-approved fire prevention system OxyReduct® for active fire prevention through oxygen reduction in our high-rack facilities
